During your loan appointment, your mortgage planner will discuss the following:
- Your short-term and long-term goals
- Criteria for qualification
- What determines your interest rate
- Special programs
- Your loan options and the costs and benefits of each
Please bring the following paperwork to your loan appointment:
- Last 2 pay stubs
- Last 2 years of W-2s (last two years of tax returns may also be required)
- Last 2 months of bank statements for all checking and savings accounts
- Most recent quarterly statement for all 401k, IRAs, mutual funds, etc.
- Any other paperwork specified by your mortgage planner
