Eric was born in San Francisco and spent the majority of his childhood in Marin County. He received a B.S. in
Business Administration from San Diego State University in 1989 and began a career in medical sales. His experience
selling products used in surgery has solidified his belief in what he calls “the basics:” customer service, effective
communication, and honesty. Using those standards, he builds confidence in his clientele, consistently delivers what
he promises, and has built a business around referrals.
Eric realizes that purchasing a home is most likely the largest investment most people will ever make. He views
a mortgage as an investment tool and enjoys educating his clientele. Whenever possible, he encourages his clients
to consider more flexible loan options. “If you take the time to understand the client’s goals, risk tolerance, and
time horizons, you can direct them to alternatives that will help them realize their dreams, whether they want to own
a vacation home, retire early, or fund a college education.” His goal is to not only help people realize their dream,
but to make it a pleasurable experience. “Helping people realize their dreams is incredibly rewarding…I can’t think
of a better job!”
Eric is married and has two daughters. Together they enjoy hiking, camping, and traveling.
