Grayson brings to Lawson & Associates 15 years of academic and professional experience. A former college professor, Grayson has managed multi-million dollar divisions for multiple fortune 1000 companies including Polo Ralph Lauren, HCH and Palm. Additionally, he owned a consulting firm that specialized in helping small businesses to become profitable through the application of technology and business systems.
Since joining Lawson & Associates, Grayson has earned a reputation as a strong advocate for his clients. He specializes in partnering with the client to find the right financing to meet their needs. Grayson regularly works with a team of other trusted advisors such as Realtors, Financial Planners, Attorneys and Certified Public Accountants to understand the client's Risk Tolerance, Goals and Time Horizons. Only after fully accounting for the clients needs will Grayson recommend loan options for the client.
Grayson is an active member of several professional organizations including the Financial Planning Forum, The Financial Planning Association, Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and Senior Housing Solutions. Additionally, Grayson is a charter member of the Los Gatos Morning Rotary Club and the Los Gatos Little League.
