Born and raised in Santa Clara County, Margie Tabel thoroughly enjoys the ever-changing Silicon
Valley. Margie feels that possibilities are endless in San Jose and the surrounding cities because
there is so much growth here. She enjoys helping her clients maximize their potential when it comes
to investing in real estate and, with mortgage planning, she is able to help her clients understand the
implications of any loan option they might choose.
Margie’s mortgage expertise is enhanced by the building and architectural knowledge of her husband
Matt who is a General Contractor and owner of Tabel Construction. While Margie assists her clients
with financing new homes, refinancing options, accessing equity for upgrades and remodeling, and
valuable insight on the tax advantages of different loan options, Matt helps clients build and remodel
homes to their specific needs.
Currently living in the Cambrian area of San Jose, Margie and her husband Matt are raising their
three children.
